Scientific name: Anolis luteogularis
Distribution: Western Cuba. Isla de la Juventud
Habitat: Tropical closed and open gallery. Found in the upper forest and mid-level. Utilizes hollow trees for shelter and ambush.
Brief description: Total length of 45 cm or more. A large impressive Anole that can be kept as pairs or trios in a well planted vertical tropical vivarium. Females lay one large egg per clutch with several laid per season. Mainly insect prey but will take small lizards and birds.
